AP to IB

Sophomores- If you are planning on taking any IB level classes (formerly offered as AP) you need to apply to the IB Program. Please come to Room 105 to pick up an application. Classes offered include English Language and Literature, History of the Americas,  Math Studies and IB Spanish.

Attention Seniors: I will be ordering diplomas for the Class of 2017 very soon. A diploma is a formal document and cannot be easily replaced. Your full name will appear on the diploma just as it does in Aeries. If you think your name might be incorrect or misspelled, please come to Registrar in the main office to make the necessary corrections. The Deadline to make corrections is today!.

 

ATTENTION Seniors!!! Have you submitted your FAFSA or Cal Dream Act application?? Do you have questions, concerns, or just are not sure what to do? See Mrs. Santos in the College and Career Center and get your financial aid application submitted. The deadline is March 2, 2017. And remember.... your personal information is always confidential!!!

 

After School Program

Attention all students interested in Flag Squad! There will be flag squad tryouts after school on Tuesday February 28 and Thursday March 2nd in the MU.
Anyone interested in performing at rallys and events come to room 202 for more information.

 

Interested in attending a 4 year University? You'll need to take the SAT. This summer the C.A.R.E.S. After School Program is offering a Free 3 week SAT Prep class. A college campus tour is also included. Come down to Room 202 to sign up!

Yes For Success Workshops that will begin on

Tuesday March 7 and will end Tuesday May 2!!!

They will be hosted after school on

Tuesdays from 3:45pm-5:00pm in the Wellness Center IC-4

*Students who participate will receive a certificate of completion after the 7 week program

*Students must attend all sessions to get a certificate and have a polished resume

Book Drive

Have any extra books at home? Bring them in and Donate them to the Education Academy Book drive. Boxes will be placed in all English classrooms and Ed Rooms. The Book Drive will go for the entire month of February in preparation for National Reading Month in March. Books will be donated to The Monument Crisis Center and Elementary schools.
