Academic Honesty Policy
Academic Honesty Policy: Students' rights
Academic honesty is taken very seriously by both Ygnacio Valley High School and by the International Baccalaureate Organization. Each IB course has a copy of the Academic Honesty Policy in its syllabus. Please read and be familiar with the policy as you are responsible for knowing the expectations as well as your rights.

Remember:
For each incident of reported academic misconduct and malpractice, a student has the right to a fair and impartial hearing, by panel, of the allegations and consequences. Students must request a hearing, in writing, within a week of the incident. If a hearing is not requested, the teacher's consequences will stand.
