ABOUT ME:
Originally from Chicago, IL, I have been a Californian since I started 2nd grade. I attended school from elementary through high school within the Mount Diablo Unified School District. I have two children who also attend school within MDUSD.
I began my career as a math teacher at YVHS in September of 2006. I have taught math at YVHS for my entire teaching career and enjoy my time helping students learn math and improve their skills. The courses I have taught over the years vary in scope from Algebra 1A through IB Math Analysis & Approaches.
I live with my family in Clayton, where I enjoy taking walks along the trails. In my free time, I love to spend time with my family, read, do various types of puzzles, and go camping.
